Replying to [Admin]:Good morning. I like this topic.I think email campaigns are a proven way to stay in touch with existing clients and recruit new ones? Owing to informal style ,it is always recognized as junk e-mail.
If we could write the letter in formal style, I think we could get what we want.
Best regards,
Sophia

Replying to [Admin]: This is a tough question. I think it is by far the easiest approach, but as some have already said, the email often get tossed in the junk mail. I think for small start-up companies looking to do business overseas, it is a neccessary evil, because we just don't have the resources to call on hundreds of potential clients. In the end though, I would much rather speak face to face, or over the phone before emailing.

Replying to [Admin]:I think most would agree that it will do some good if: 1, the mail is not marked as spam by some automatic anti-spam software (I've seen some legitimate formal mails being classified as spam), and 2, the mail is not simply tossed away by the addressee (I do it frequently myself to avoid being infected by virus). Perhaps someone can share his/her experience in overcoming these obstacles.

I think that e mail is the most proper way for now to deal with customers specially in the beginning of any deal .Sometimes, the customer and the supplier are in too far places around the world and in this case it is difficult to send a sample of a certain product and may be expensive too .if the customer is sent a picture of the product ,he can tell whether it is the proper product or not.If there were no e mails,I think the only way of dealing would be travelling to the supplier or customer and this is a great burden on the customer as the price of a certain product would be a hundred double.
