Can someone tell me of a website/company that builds a website for you. Like a custom website for you, needs to be professionally made, and can create flash site designs. Their pricing is not a factor, as long they have credibility and can pull through good work.

It is the same what I not understand, US Buyers, "buy" from Scammers in the UK and Indonesia, but have enough in the US to "buy" from !

Is there a exotic feeling, when loose money abroad ?

That is why they choose for outsourcing from other countries.

You may also want to make a post on www.guru.com, I've used them before to find talent basically what you do is post a job and you'll have several people all over the world bid on the job, some of them might even do a mock up site for you....Great talent here,they are awesome on this site!
