Hi,

I wanted to know, if any seller on alibaba has promised to dispatch the goods in some duration after receiving payment and if they dont do it. How and where to report about it?

Also if that seller is not responding to any of the queries.


Just to let you know, I bought a product from one seller on alibaba and he promised me that he has stock and as soon as he gets money he will send the product to me in 2 days time but it has been more than 10 days after he received the payment and he has not sent the product and says that the product is out of stock and the one's they have are not of good quality. Also now they are not commiting on any date and time for dispatch. On top of that they are not responding to my emails and my msgs on trademanager.


What should I do and how?

Replying to [yemeimei]:It appears you have fallen victim to a scammer. No legitimate business is going to ask for payment and hold on to that payment when they are out of stock. If they were legitmate they would have returned your money.

Also how to recover my money.
