WHICH IS THE BEST PLACE(AREA/CITY) IN CHINA TO BUY TAPERECORDER WIRES(AC CODE WIRES),RECORDING WIRES AND TV TO VIDEO WIRES ? CAN ANYBODY GUIDE ME PLEASE ?

For gawd's sake check the electrical safety regulations in your country.
You cannot import / resell that sort of stuff unless it is certified in your country.
Only one in one thousand Chinese suppliers of electrical cables has the certification you need (and it costs a small fortune for lab tests to get it).
