Top 5 fake making bases in Fujian, China
Post 1 of 3
It is a shame that Fujian (southeast province in China) was infamous for making fake goods in China. Most Chinese have known that, but for foreigners you may hear it the first time:

Top five notorious bases in Fujian China (Jinjiang, Yunxiao, Pinghe, Anxi & Putian)
JinJiang: notorious for making fake drugs
Yunxiao: notorious for making fake international brand tobaccos
Pinghe: notorious for making fake antiques
Anxi: notorious for making fake Prize-winning message
Putian: notorious for making fake hospital specialists

Our government has tried great efforts to curb the fake making in those areas. One province head even quit his job for the disreputable fake drugs incidence. That was old storiesÂ…now:
Jinjing: is famous for leather making, jacket making. In China, about 60% leather and jackets were made in Jinjiang.
Yunxiao: is famous for loquat manufacturing, or called "home of loquat".
Pinghe: is famous for producing glaze, or called "home of glaze".
Anxi: is famous for manufacturing China "Tikuanyin" tea.
Putian: is famous for manufacturing sports shoes (The factories can only manufacturing, not selling, as the brand named shoes can only be sold through its exclusive sales agent. Anyone who claims selling world brand named sports shoes is selling the counterfeits).

Now, I am proud of being a Fujianese(although I was not born and raised up in Fujian). One city in Fujian is said to have the highest number of millionaires per capita than any other city in China. But like many places in China there is a real mix of the very, very rich and the very, very poor.

Any guys want to buy leather bags, leather belts, jackets, tea, sports shoesÂ…you should come to Fujian! [em14]

Additionally should be said, that some of the large Brand manufacturers for sport shoes, have shifted parts of the production from Fujian Region in China to Vietnam to be protected against lax controlst of the Chinese manufacturers ! (Adidas & Puma)

China must decide, even to intersperse either the World Trade Organization rules or to lose ever more at order work !
