we get in touch by his inquiry, after that he asked me to produce the sample according to his requirement, He promise to take the responsible of Express fee, becuase the smaple yardage is free of charge, however, when the sample is finished out, I couldn't send out because his Express ID is not workable because My company didn't open ID in this logistic company, I send mail to her to explain this problem and request her to inform his Logistic company to pick up the sample, but He refused me, after that we ddin't get in touch for several months,

But now, He send me a mail for a new inquiry, How can I help her?? I don't trust her any more,

Replying to [sophonezhong]: There are lots of cheaters online. You can't trust online people the way you do when doing face-to-face business. Of course there are many good and honest online buyers, or else we could not run an online selling business from year 2000 till now. But you have to be careful.

Don't repeat your mistake on the same company. I will suggest you to skip that company and spend your time developing new ones.

Please note it all depends on how you interact with the buyer before preparing for samples

If the buyer has the sample swatch you should have told him to send the swatch to you for analysis.If the buyer says he has no sample swatch available and he is requesting you to make sampling according to the specs provided to him, you should have told him that there wil be some charges for sampling or courier.And insure you get this account number for couier before hand and verify with the couier people before you start the production of sampling.Or atleast you could have charged him the fabric sampling and see his reaction.If they are serious they wil come to you otherwise they wil not respond..

 

Thier are geneuine people who do bussiness through internet,but if the buyer is seruois enuogh he  wont mind paying for the sampling or couier,In cse if he not paying thats mean he is wasting your time.

 

But iam really sorry to say that their are good buyer who are really seriuos in thier bussiness but because of this issue the good buyers are facing probelms in sampling
