You don't have to dig deep to know the character and attributes of a person.

How do you judge a person integrity, intelligence and articulation in the language and his level of education in that particular stream? .. very simply, by reading his/her writings in the forum, no need to ask for CV or Bio-data. A tree is judge by its fruits, and so is a man judged by his works.
