Buyer interested in my product but have a problem
Post 1 of 31
One of my potential customers asked me to send samples to him,at first,he just said he interested in one of our products,i told him that we offer the samples free, but he should pay for the mailing, then he replied me with that he is not in the position to pay for it because they don't have the DHLaccount,FED-EX OR ANY ACCOUNT and showed that he intereated in all our items, and asked me to send the samples to them as soon as possible.

BUT I TELL TO HIM THAT IF YOU WANT TO SAMPLE THAN GIVE ME ANY RELATIVE ACCOUNT THAN HE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE YOUR FEDEX ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME ACCOUNT NO. BUT THAT NO. IS WRONG , SECOND TIME I MAIL TO HIM THAT THIS IS WRONG NO. SO GIVE ME RIGHT NO. THAN HE GIVE ME RIGHT NO.. FIRST HE TOLD ME HE HAS NOT ANY ACCOUNT NO. SECOND HE GIVE ME WRONG NO. AND FINAL HE GIVE ME RIGHT NO.

What should i do ?

Hello there,

Almost every buyer doesn´t want to pay for the samples, but if he gave you the first time wrong mailing address and the second time the right one, then its suggested to be also careful during every step with the customer. Be careful.

The best way to test customers is to get their registration number, and check their company through the governing authority, nowadays also online available.

Replying to [sahid]:In my opinion,i think the client just want to get your samples to make up his exhibition.because he need nothing but the free samples.so you do not care about him.

Replying to [sahid]:be careful ,your customer seemed no sincerity .it is a regular the sample free and the buyer pay for track fee. Every one know it ,but your customer rejected by no value reason . meanwhile at the begining of the business he have already manifested no honesty.

Replying to [sahid]: Nothing, he wants to get hold of a sample of your goods to copy.
WHY ARE YOU PERSISTING WITH HIM, one/two times, third time explain to him that you are not interested. END OF STORY.

Replying to [sahid]:be a supplier, every company may face such problem. in such situation, if we do do not sample the sample, bu sure we won't have anychance. but if we send, sometimes it is really a wast of money. really a tough problem and i once also came up with such a choice. thank you for anyone who comment on this question!!!

I would be very wary, too many mistakes. When i get samples from india i dont want to bother with courier accounts etc and just send money to seller via western union for cost of sample and postage and my address details and let them do the rest.
My samples have always arrived and i have peace of mind i am not having people work for me for nothing if i dont go through with making an order.
