Dear all my friend,
I have so many potential customers. At the begaining, we talk very well untill send samples. After I have sent samples to them, They disappear. some said they would contact me when they get message from their customers; Some said they didn't sell this products any more; Some just didn't reply me.No matter I call or Email, they just make short shrift of it.[em4][em11]

I don't know why! I send the samples to them, just want to know the opinion from them, how about the samples in their eyes, Is there any market in their country. But they didn't give me anr word! [em8]

Is there anything worng about me? How can I do after I send the samples? Please help me. Thank you very much! [em21]

maybe ther just feel interest when they have a sight at your products.but it's not their market or business line.Or that time they are really busy with other matters.Or they need reply from their customers.
They won't ask for samples if they don't have interest in it.
Anyhow,be patient and trust.

QUOTE : CUSTOMERS KEEP ASKING FOR FREE SAMPLES , I HAVE NO IDEA. WHAT CAN I DO NEXT?

My question. Are you willing to send free samples with freight costs ,
(minimum courier freight costs by you USD100) to all 100 customers asking you for samples?

In material whether your samples are free or not. If your samples have more weight , the courier freight costs is higher. This applies either to manufacturers or traders.

Please bear in mind , only genuine customers will pay for samples and freight costs or at least pay for courier freight costs. While others , are just samples hunters.

Replying to [lindy]: The same reason that you try on shoes before buying them, customer like to sample the product first before they engage in a big order, they prefer to spend some money on getting the samples to make sure the provider has the right product for them. Unfortunately you will find many sample hunters along the way, you will notice that as you get experience and lern from the customers that do order from you after reviewing the samples sent.

You need to include in your cost structure, the loss of revenues you have by providing samples to potential customers, so giving samples is part of your marketing expenses and don't suffer. xperience will teach you how to determine who is a sample hunter and who is a potential buyer.

Hoipe it helps

Uusually I would charge them a handling charges of USD100.00 for the shipping/courier charges. The sample would be all FREE.

Yea, I know how it feel after sending them all the sample and awaiting feedback from them.
