and AMS is Asset-Management System. In my company, we use AMS Software to manage our warehouse assets. I just try to share it.

In Trading AMS is Automated Manifest System,s a multi-modular cargo inventory control and release notification system. AMS interfaces directly with Customs Cargo Selectivity and In-Bond systems, and indirectly with ABI, allowing faster identification and release of low risk shipments.

CBM = Cubic Metres. It is how you work out the volume of the goods to be shipped. Generally volume is more important than actual weight for international shipping.

AMS has a number of meanings depending on the context so I can't define that one for you without more information.
