I am trying to do business with China but they all want TT payments and from what I am reading that is not wise. Escrow.com is out becuase I dont think they OK China. Western Union a big no no

Do you recon I should only pay for items on my credit card and with the company only i.e. not any third party. Will China companies accept my company credit card direct?

One More question. Another payment method which is secure is paypal with a credit card but do China companies even know what pal pal is?

the first deal i did at alibaba i got scammed. i was v.sad but then now i have fun with the scammers. the way i find out if they are scammers or not, is. i ask them prices of a model which is not yet released or doesnt even exist!
and then i high their hopes, i ask them if they can provide me with large quantity,
i was just talking to a scammer, i asked him prices for n95 nokia, which doesnt even exist, i said i want 5500 pieces, he gave me price $320/unit. most the times they temp u by asking for prices much lesser than even what the brand itself sells for.
another thing is westernunion, if they ask... say you have already made the payment, and they will keep waiting for it forevre.
i have made scammers my time pass now. when im bored i fool arnd with them just like they do with us.

also
i suggest we should stop this forum. as these things can read by the scammers as well. and we are just making them aware of what not to do and making them smarter.

Mike, See if they accept Letter of Credit or LC for short, it will cover you or lower your risk by placing a small sample order first.

Good Luck.

Hi,

Another good way of avoiding scammers is for Alibaba to shut them out once they get to know about them. If they receive a few complaints by people they should investivate & then remove them from their site! I have been scamed, complained, but even after a whole lot of other complaints from other people came in, Alibaba is still hosting them!
