it's their appetency to say the price is tool high. [em10]
whever and however the price is low, they also say the price is hight. [em7]

Replying to [sharefen]: Why is it that you quote your best price that gives you no chance to manuver? You may find that if you allow yourself some room when you quote a price, that the customer may buy from you because they have a chance to feel good that through their discussion they were able to knock down the price. This allows to let the potential customer feel good about themselves and their negotiation practices while still maintaining your profit margin.

There could be several good reasons why a customer might complain in regard to price. One most often cited is that because the seller did not provide the buyers enough information for the buyer to make buying decision including the price quoted. When a buyer asks you for a quotation provide the buyer a carefully prepared Proforma Invoice http://resources.alibaba.com/article/29272/Using_a_pro_forma_invoice_will_help_to_increase_your_profits.htm and you will certainly increase your chances for the buyer to accept your offer.

Replying to [sharefen]: Like the way you want to earn highest margin the way way buyer wants to save on his purchase cost so he / she can earn highest resale margin or the same product can be used as a raw material in their production so as to minimize the cost of finished product.

Basically its human tendency (NEED MORE AND MORE) which keeps us un-satisfied. If one overcome of this tendency the business and entire life will be pleasant.

What you can do is give your best price alongwith the added benefits that you can offer with your product and let the buyer compare the same with other offers..

Try to improve on your product, pricing, packaging, extra benefits, services, your entire approach towards the buyer and the buyer will return to you and may refer your name to other buyers

Always progress towards continuous development in positive way, the success will be yours.

Replying to [sharefen]: customer cutting down the price is just like the human's natrue call, and off course, you are also a customer to other seller, no body can force his customer to buy his products in high price, if he can then it is monoply. so all we can do is to reduce our products' cost, and that's not only detrmined by yourself but also by your company,your team,who can offer the lower price, who is the minner, that's natrue law.From this perspect,we can undertand the customer and know what we should do.

Replying to [sharefen]:Try to get your customers a comparisment, i.e. get hight priced or a lower priced product and now compare it verbaly together with your client against the product. Usually customers do not see the other, may be higher or lower priced products, so give them something basicaly to do it with you together. So they realize quite soon the worthyness of your product and might even appreciate your price.

Replying to [sharefen]:It's about product positioning. If it looks cheap, it'll sell cheap. It's about return-of-value, if you can't convince your customers how many more times the value in return they can achieve by using your product, there's no sale.
