we all work in the international business group, after how many months or how many weeks you get the frist deal? it spends me nearly 4 months.what about you?

Replying to [xuan]:4 months is absurd. 30 day shipping is about the maximum time needed by sea -- with 12 days being an average.
Don't pay your supplier in full at time of ordering. Try to negotiate the smallest up front percentage. 30 seems to be a favorite. Doing this doesn't protect for quality unless you use a service under a LC. It does, however, motivate them to service your order in the order it was received as they want the rest of the money ASAP. You pay the remainder at time of shipping.
