This looks like a con and is trying to get the money from you without ever planning to ship any units to you.
Without knowing all the info - for 550 (US$) , I believed - the laptop is very cheap - not to mention the cost of Fedex. If the item is being shipped from China - they estimated cost per unit is abt US$50 and if the specifications for the computer is too good to be true - then you can be sure - it is a rip-off unless it is 2nd hand which looks unlikely based on the MOQ required.
Don't throw good money after bad. You can try having an agent to work out the problems for you in Hong Kong/China but then you may find that the final cost will be too high.

The only way is to report your case to local Chinese government authorities and seeking help from local officials. You have to know where the scammer is located.

Anyway it's hopeless to get your money back.
Be careful next time, do not be enticed by low prices in China! [em1][em1]

Replying to [esbysales]:Is this an American Company? Where did you learn of this company? Maybe, you can do some back tracking and see who initiated this company or who owns the company or was it a 'dummy company' set up by scammers? If not, you may have been the victim of a scam and won't get your money.

Tell them if they don't refund your money before the end of this week , you will contact a reporter and newspaper and the police ,
because I suppose you have proof of payment.
[em20]Maybe they pay attention to you in this way,,, but if not try to post the scam in every single search engine and in alibaba as well.
I hope it can help you

Replying to [esbysales] Good Day Mate, it is sad when things like this happens and people are not upfront in business, this is were you loose a lot of money with this honest fly by night business.

I would suggest that you send out a demand letter , then had it to the local debt collectors, I noticed that you are in the US and you have global buster who are very good debt collectors. If you have to issue a summons and wind up the company up,go ahead. 90% of the time when they get the wind up notice they will make a payment.

or go to your local court and file the summons yourself and follow the legal process until you get paid or a payment arrangement

Good Luck
