Hi

I must of sent over 50 inquiries which my current account and have never recieved any replies. On another account I've well over 100 inquiries with maybe 2-3 replies. I think its pretty obvious my emails are going into the sellers junk folder. I'm a legitimate buyer with money to spend but its hard to get anywhere when nobody replies. Its not as if they'd be ignoring me as I'm not sending generic inquries there detailed and with at least 4-5 questions.

I've contacted you guys (alibaba) a few times but you refuse to acknowledge this as a problem. The usual response I get is myabe my inquiries are not detailed enough but that cannot be true. I find it very unlikely that any company would turn away the chance of business.

I really don't know what to do [em8]

Thanks,
Marcus

Where are you from?

Replying to [marc44545]:I think your problem maybe is that you are sending 50-100 un-personal inquires out,

I don’t know if you are addressing the person directly or you are just writing “Dear sir/Madam”

I will personally not pay so much attention to some one who is not addressing me and when they are at the same time saying “we are interested in the product you are selling on Alibaba”

Then the chance for my reply is pretty slim

Forget what Alibaba said about

Bugger them, mate. Alibaba said the same thing to me and to date I never got an email from them. Solving client's problems? They never did, they never have and they never will.

As for your case, it's the same problem facing us sellers. There are lots of buyers posting trade leads on Alibaba, and I am sure hundreds of sellers will reply to their leads but those buyers became Houdini.

The most sickening thing is that some buyers will reply and after getting all the information they disappeared without a trace.

I have come across this and I can't do anything but to let it go. I had one buyer who did this to me, he gathered all the information from me and then went to another manufacturer.

Three weeks later, he wrote back and told me that a factory has offered him 20%less than mine. He wanted me to lower my price 25% down from my orginal quote. Well, I am not running a charity organization I did what I had to do and told him to bugger off. .

Since you are using a sub-Gold Supplier account, we are unable to locate you and contact you. So if possible, we kindly advise you to contact our Gold Supplier service team and help us to do better. Their email is tradeservice@alibaba-inc.com and their phone number is 0571-88158000 3.
