Well, the best place to buy children clothing cheap is Guangzhou, opposite the ligthing market, there is a garments market, thats where you can find the children clothing, you will have to look around, but eventually you will find them.

I am in Shenzhen dealing with children clothes business.

Shenzhen is good for opening high-mid level exclusive shops, design and quality are better.

Guangzhou are more flexable in quantity and production lead time and better in price, but quality would need more attention.

There are several clothing wholesale markets around Guangzhou Train Station. The most well-known one is BaiMa Clothing Wholesale Mall. Actually when you get there, you will find many clothing wholesale markets nearby.

Generally speaking, clothing wholesale markets in Shenzhen are for China domestic market. Guangzhou is better for foreigner importers of clothing, shoes, handbags, wallets, and many other goods.

Go directly to Guangzhou Train Station, you won't miss those big clothing wholesale markets nearby. You will find many importers from countries other than China there, including yourself. 

There are policemen and securities in and around Guangzhou Train Station. Ask them where BaiMa Wholesale Market is, they will tell you. Don't ask ppl other than Policemen and securities, because there are many scammers there.

If you don't know how to pronounce "Baima Wholesale Market" in Chinese , you can write down "Baima Pifa Shichang" in a paper, show this paper to policemen or securities, they will know your target.
