Why dont you source Mobile phones in your own country? There are so many suppliers/wholesalers in USA, There are hundreds of them In Miami . There is a magazine called comprar based in Miami i think. Do some research and buy one, lots of suppliers from USA in that magazine. You need to get some experience first, start with local suppliers. There are fairs in the US also, check out CTIA Wireless.

Most of the mobile phones are oem-ed in China, this will make the local non-official mobile phone distribution market more complex. As in SZ, a whole lot of distributers doing business on such brand mobile phones with lower price, I thinks we surely can get these brand name phone in china, but its not legal way so make arise riskes for your business in some way.
The problem is that many legitimate suppliers in China don't use escrow services either so the fact that a supplier says no does not make them a scammer!!
So it comes down to common sense and the simple facts. The simple fact is that you cannot buy these genuine items from suppliers in China. If you try you will lose your money.
So who sells original phones?!!! Well the brand name holder of course...they are the ones who invest in the development and production of the product so they are the ones who sell it. So contact the brand name company for a list of their licenced resellers. You wont find any listed in China as they just dont exist.
Be prepared. You must actually own a business. Have a business license from you local city or county, along with a state tax id #, and federal tax id #. It is actually very simple and cheap to set up a small business. It will cost you less than $500. You will want to set up a DBA, not an LLC, partnership, or corporation.

Realize that legitamite wholesalers won't talk to you unless you have faxed them copies of your business documents first.

Dear All Members,
This is to inform you all that Chinese sellers doesn't sell branded genuine mobile phone. What they can sell is refurbished one and OEM ( Original Equipment Manufacturer) they call as Clone or Identical product.
Here are the few tips/ Inforfmation I can provide you so that you will be safe from scammer/fraud company
(i) It is impossible to buy New original Brand name items from China Mainland with cheap unreasonable price, BEWARE!!!
(ii) Refurbished mobile is possible but quality will be a problem especially for battery.
(iii)Gold member means nothing.Many gold suppliers are scammer. By paying USD8000 they can get this gold member title.
(iv)All branded mobile phones are also expensive in China
(v) Anyone in China tell that they have new original brand items with cheap price will be scammer
(vi)Dont pay Western Union /T/T in the personal name, always pay in the Compnay name.
(vii) T/T, Western Union to company(A professional exporter company )should have a company account, Normal Chinese local company can`t accept payment from Overseas.Must be exporter company can receive payment form overseas.
I hope this will help buyers to make a decision before any order placing.
