You can report them to www.bbb.org, and www.ic3.gov if it's a case of outright fraud. And you can report them to Alibaba here:

I have one for you the company name is Toko Abadi toys in Indonesia I was dealing with entry level guy for deals that they offer then it was the manager his name i Kristo at first it was ten min. order then to five then it was pay alittle bit more for one sample wich he agreed to and told me all the western Union info and i sent away for the sample everything was great until the money order was picked up and thats the last time I hurd from them and there is nothing I can do about it but vent on this web page I am going to email the b.b.b.org and the Ic3.gov addy just to put it in record.What Alibaba sight should do is pull the sight from the net until dispute is delt with very simple ...this forces them to confront you with explanation to clear there good selling intentions...Ive never been so frustrated about this in all my life and theres nothing NOTHING anyone will do on Alibaba sure they so they will but show me, email me the owners address his name is a Angus his last name is on the registered sight for his company but thats it, you cant even let him now what is going on these guys have screwed up a very large order i was going to place if there product met quality wich it probably would have because it was a kit there were building but how hard is that to be able to talk to the owner of the company this rule should be change that registered owners must have a valid emaill address along with a operateing phone number its all very simple stuff i dont no why it is so dificult.....please can somone help me !!!!!
