Hey, don’t feel bad, in my previous company I had a friend who worked as a sales person, for the first six months he did not managed to bring any sales to the company but after that he became the top sales person for our company for a few years continuously. You got to find your way around it and have a better plan so that you can find customers, you may get a few customers from Alibaba but there are many more ways beside this.

I am sure that you are aware of some sales person getting a few hundred thousand RMB a year from the sales commission. I don’t think this people get all their customer from Alibaba.
