How to urge the customer to place an order?

I had engage international business for many month.But I had not receive an order. It's very bad.
I sent many samples to the customer, but no one to place an order.
Some customer tell me that they need to evaluate these samples.
Finally, I got no answer.I am very despondently.
Who can help me?

Replying to [winni]:Try to talk to customer and find out the status of your sample. Don't get panic. You have to work hard and explore other possibilities. One way can be to ask payment of samples from your buyer that way you will be able to know that the buyer is really serious and not a sample hunter.

Prepare a list of your potential buyers and send them weekly / fortnightly reminders. regularly update your list with the latest remarks.

Explore other possibilities and understand that the sky is the limit and you have to work hard in order to get your order.

I do have experience like you a few years ago.
but now not such situation happen again.
That is you need to recognize whether they are useful, not reply them
even the first time they send you inquiries, so you will not even send samples to them, and will not wait your time, energy and lose your heart .
