Be Calm!
It is really not easy to do foreign trade. Many people spent more than half year but back with nothing.I don't know what product you are deal with,in my opinion,to sell some popular and wide-use products is much easier to be success.
Persistence can bring to you success also.

Replying to [winni]: You have qualify the customer firsthand. I would like to remind you that 90% of the internet customer you would find are potentially middlemen. Usually from the interview through phone or chatting, that you can find how experienced the customer is. Rapport building is important, human relationship comes first, then you can sell.

It is true that this may just be a matter of time but you have to consider that perhaps there is a problem here.

Giving out lots of prices with no response and no orders is pretty common and part of the business particularly if you are in the consumerables market. Lots of people who want to get into the business but no money to invest and not sure about how to do it safely.

But you mention that you are sending out lots of samples and not getting responses!!

If your product is something that is commonly onsold then perhaps your 'customers' are just getting samples to sell. Are they ordering other samples beyond the first?

If they receive the sample and then disappear then perhaps there is a problem with your product. Is it good quality? Does it arrive undamaged and on time? Does what you send match what the customer ordered? Is the price fit for the quality? You need to answer all of these question honestly to get an honest answer.

I suspect that there could be a problem here beyond just being more patient.
