One of my client promise me to send me sample last week, but i didn't get any message about the sample until now . Could anybody tell me how to write a letter to hurry him up.

I believe you mean " til now, I haven't got any message from him regarding the sample"
Or - To date, I have yet to hear from him.
If it is the later, I would just sent him a polite note and if he still does not reply then the answer is obvious; he's not interested or may have found some one else.
