i have exported plant and magic bean seeds to EU,USA etc in small qty.However, i am not sure whether it's difficult to export plant/flower seed to EU AND USA in large quantity.
Before i just shipped the goods by express courier.So it's very easy to deal.However, our products is too much different type now and order is larger and much than before.So i wanna to learn more in this side.

   I hope it is is very hard to do this. You haev to get the government permission for import od seeds from your country

Yes,You are right.I just know that if i wanna to export pet tree and magic bean ,magic egg, i need to apply for 3 different certificate,which would cost us USD320.I do think which is a large amount.I am not sure whether the importer may pay for that.

Exporting or importing seeds and plants in small or large volumes is not so easy because of,

- permission needs and



strict government control on exports and imports
- some of them are indigenous and under strict preservation,not allowed to export
- some of them need specific climate and soil
- some them invasive and destroy the environment as they dont give any space to other vegetation to live
- long tests and analysis for certfiying that they are healthy and carry no illnesses or bacteria causing illnesses and epidemics
- some of them needed more on specific days such as Mother's Day St.Valentine's Days etc.
- marketing difficulties as in most countries farmers don't pay for the seeds or seedlings which they experience for the first time and don't know what they will get out of them

and more reasons can be added to the above.Despite all the above, that is also business branch and you have to search for customers and hobby-satisfactors first for small-scale exports.

Replying to [yarenimex]:Tks for your help.Ye,i have consulted with government.If i wanna to export this kind of products,i need at least 3 certificate.Which is really a very complicated object,register in the government,apply,waiting for answer, give them money and then maybe could get the certificate or maybe not.
