Repeated orders are better then new Customers order
Post 1 of 5
Dear Friends

I think that it is better to first try to get repeated orders then finding new cusomters.

As if you get repeated order you can be confident that customers like your items and they are able to rotate it. Also you have to put less effert in getting repeated orders.

This also led to better understanding on the market and customers can some time help you to design your product for better performance.

In case of loose customer it is best practice to know of the reseons he is disassociating with you.

If there is no Customers order, then where is the repeated orders??

many customer would like order some goods which have their characteristics, so, for the frist order, you must need more time, more effect to discuss the details point...

Anyway, if you just get the customers order one time, and no following order, then this customer will give another new design next time, then you are poor [em3]..hehe, but you must know it, you have order!! that is important...you will nothing to say, and stop thinking if you no order...any full of your brain just leave one words: WHY!!! WHY!!! WHY I DON'T HAVE ORDER? EVEN SMALL ORDER???
hehe...[em14]

Dear Yin

Here I am talking about retaining customer. So, if I keap on getting order from him even of different design, that will also indicate that customer prefirs me as good source. But, in case I do not receive further orders then I have to evaluate myself.

Also, if my product is going to same customer for same application I think that it would be better that design is same. In that case I would be able to product and process faster.

As for design I always try to sell same design and specifications product to many cusotmer which I design considering that resion so that I can create my recognition. I think that strategy has always benefited my business.

Dear Wong

I dont know why do you think so. May be its nature of your business.

Till we do not have same specification order how can we go for bulk and if we cange customer now and then we would not be able to set a marketing network.

These things are very important for healthy busienss.
