Customer doesn't want to pay for shipment fee, what can I do?

Dear my friends,
Nice to meet you here.

I have meet the trouble, please gice me your advice. One of my customer from USA want us send the sample to him, but he didn't want to pay for shipment fee.

What would you do if you meet such trouble? [em17][em7]

The Customer doesn't wanted to paying the sample's shipment fee, That is a risk if tradeness, Evaluation the seriousness of the Customer first, Also make a previous agreement, So that no misunderstanding in the future, Maybe the Customer will requested, or Maybe NO !

Generally, we send the samples free if it is worth below 10USD, and the customer pay freight. We will send the samples free with freight paid by our side. That is really not fair. Anyway I will clearly know the customer is a big one we may consider sending the sample free of charge with the freight paid by us.

First you should tell him that if those samples have order to you,this freight amount can be refunding to him after order have been confirm.
if he still didn't agree with this, just forget them.
maybe they are samples hunter. they just want the samples,but don't want to paying the freight charges. now there are so many problems which that customer will be refusing to pay the freight after they got the samples.
we have face a serious problems at recently.
it's very common and normal problems on the international trade.
so if he really just want the samples,and don't want to pay the fee.
just forget it.

Don't send it by air but by sea. Pack them nicely in styrofoam box and throw them into the sea. Then tell the customer to wait for the tide to bring it over to him

Replying to [lindy]: i will ignore them even they are big buyer enough
we should have our own principle.we are supplier,the sample and the shipping fee should be the cost of the goods.we can offer free sample but no free shipping by the express company.you can ask your client to ask for free delivery from the express company themselves. if it is ok,then we can ship.if no,ignore them
