Honestly, if you don't want to lose this business, you just have to eat the cost yourself. There's the chinese saying "small investment for huge return". If you spend $100 today, who knew you might earn $1million from this $100.

Consider looking into small but reliable shipping company who offers really cheap rates for international shipping. Check out IES Express www.iesexpress.com. They are licensed seller of major shipping company and they have many affiliates in China for shipping items in and out from China.

I faced a lot of such customers that does not want to pay shipping charges. The only way is to absorb it and cut into the profit margin of your product. In other words you will have to source for the cheapest way to send the product to your customer then you will be able to get a better leverage.

   To send the sample to your client is depend on the sample charge or you pay the

   sample

    charge the special delivery charge is on your clients acount
