one new african customer introduced himself as PA of human resource minister of nigeria and demanding some of our product's sample which worth comes nearly 2000US$. Is it trust worthy???????

All he wants is for you to send him the samples free and he will then sell them, and you will never get an order.
As him to send you the money for the samples AND the Courier Fee, and tell him you will deduct the fee off his first full container load order. I bet you will not hear from him ever again.
