ok... I have to tell this story..

I've been shopping inflatables, and came into contact with CHEERMORE GROUP LIMITED, after dealing with some expected language issues, we came to an agreement on price for a rather large custom unit.

I have been designing many inflatable items that I have buyers for and thought I found the right company to work with. Since I am very nervous about the first purchase +1000usd, I asked the seller for a US reference. I was literally ready to begin discussing the other products I want to build but wanted to buy one item first. This is where everything went bad... lol

He became snippy, I became snippy back, insisting that allowing me to talk with one of his "HAPPY" customers was a good thing... and after doing so, I would contact his bank and make arrangements for sending the money...

Well... let's just say, it escalated until he (on behalf of his company) said he has had personal relations... in the biblical sense.... with my mother.

Now... frankly... I find that amusing, and responded... but sadly my email was blocked... Anyway... the moral of the story as far as I am concerned... Everything can look legit... there might be no negative info on the business... but if you cannot talk to one of thier satisfied customers... there's probably an issue. I'd probably had not been so cautious with what I found if not reading these forums and seeing tips on how to do business like this correctly, so thanks for all the advice!

The email exchange can be seen here.... I'll let it speak for itself. It plays out very nicely!

[em3] I got my slides and jumps[em3][em3][em3]

ok I bad mouthed them a little bit.  I did I know.  I have since apoligized to them.  I got my slides and jumps in on Wednesday.  First the good.  They were packaged well.  They looked like they should for the most part.  They are pretty well built also.

for the bad I only got 11 of the 13 items I ordered but did make arrangements if I make an order in the future.  A few holes mostly caused by shipping.  Over all I am pleased.  It took a few months longer then it was suppose to but I am happy with the finished product

An apology from you wasn't warranted. I FINALLY recieved my items from QIQ... absolute garbage! I will be posting pictures of the items as a warning to others. The issues were....

  1. The lettering looks like it was done by a 2 year old. The BEST letters were cracked and peeling... the worst were hardly put on at all.... useless
  2. The helmet I ordered cannot stand on it's own... the picture they sent me of it standing had to have had support on the inside, at least two people with poles.
  3. The items were 4 months late(shipped 3 months late)
  4. I ordered items with SPECIFIC orders for no entry to be lowere than 2 1/2 meters... the helmet entry (for a team to run thru) is about 1 1/2 meters... The average American Football player is 2 meters tall... (6ft)
  5. The "flags" I ordered ended up being REALLY REALLY bad banners... the colors were running and faded... basically they went into the trash.
  6. The manager and sales person lie on every email from dimensions to production to shipping.

I'll put some pics together, and make a seperate post as a warning to others... VERY bad quality!!!!
