ok... I have to tell this story..
I've been shopping inflatables, and came into contact with CHEERMORE GROUP LIMITED, after dealing with some expected language issues, we came to an agreement on price for a rather large custom unit.
I have been designing many inflatable items that I have buyers for and thought I found the right company to work with. Since I am very nervous about the first purchase +1000usd, I asked the seller for a US reference. I was literally ready to begin discussing the other products I want to build but wanted to buy one item first. This is where everything went bad... lol
He became snippy, I became snippy back, insisting that allowing me to talk with one of his "HAPPY" customers was a good thing... and after doing so, I would contact his bank and make arrangements for sending the money...
Well... let's just say, it escalated until he (on behalf of his company) said he has had personal relations... in the biblical sense.... with my mother.
Now... frankly... I find that amusing, and responded... but sadly my email was blocked... Anyway... the moral of the story as far as I am concerned... Everything can look legit... there might be no negative info on the business... but if you cannot talk to one of thier satisfied customers... there's probably an issue. I'd probably had not been so cautious with what I found if not reading these forums and seeing tips on how to do business like this correctly, so thanks for all the advice!
The email exchange can be seen here.... I'll let it speak for itself. It plays out very nicely!

I know there is already one article on this site about Cheermore and there associates. The other one has suggested they were a fraudulent company but I just wanted to add how bad they are.
In the middle of March I spent a few weeks researching China Cheermore, Cheermore Inflatables and James Chan on the net. Nothing bad. So thinking they were a trust worthy company I decided to deal with them. James Chan was great. Every email I sent was replied promptly, Every question answered. He was very knowledgable. Ordered 13 items for the some of $12930.00. and foolishly wired the money(full amount). I was told the production time would be 16-20 days. shipping another 22-26. On Apr 1(April fools day imagine the irony) James sent me an email telling me the money was received and production had now began. Then the emails stopped. Ask him questions for about a week with no response.
After the second week and a letter to the EIC I wrote another email. This one was responded to by a Sooner Chen. He also(sounding like James Chan) was very polite and helpful. He had told me that my product should be done by the next Friday. So I waited. The next Friday came and no word. I sent him 4 emails with no response. Just to check and make sure of my suspicions I sent him an email from another email address pretending to want to make an order as someone else. He responded.
$12930.00 a foolish mistake on my part? A lesson learned that I hope others will read this and not make this mistake.

Thank you for your reply here on Alibaba. We were just going to have a big order with this company - Cheermore. I have not yet get a reply for my email about wanting some references i Europe. Probebly if you´r right they are scammers and has to be stopped. Don´t you agree. They have a server inUSA with 88 ather domains under. This is also a bit of strange. You get both angry and sorry.
I think they should earn more money if they really started such factory![]()

Sorry for taking so long... no... I haven't found anyone I can trust yet... sadly...
I did place an order with QIQI (qiqi-inflatable.com) BUT... a 3 month promised delivery is now into the sixth month... I've seen pictures of all of my items but pretty much everything they say is a lie. Shame because I REALLY liked the woman I was working with, but the timing and the lies got a little old.

just an update. another week has passed. Now I am back to not getting any responses from Cheermore again. Another 7 emails have gone with no response. Mine is only at 60 days but they have ruined my entire financial plan for the summer. It is ashamed that someone or some company have that little respect for people, families, and other businesses. Warren what did you order from QIQI?
