After sending samples, how should I do??

20 days ago, I had sent more than 30 styls of our products to the client who we had not make business before.Several days before, I sent the email to him and he reply that they had check the price and quality. Until now, they do not send any news to me. I feel puzzled. What should I do? Are they samples hunter? As a saler in Internet, I always can not distinguish true or not. Pls, give me some suggestion. Thanks.

Replying to [cnoutstanding]: Treat the sampling as a new order and charge both samplying fee and freight if a customer ask for samples. Return the samplying fee when he is content with the samples and places a formal order.

Did you not request their payment?I met a client alwayds request that I sent out samples,I replied and told him first pay,but he has not response and only request send out samples.I do not send out free samples .

Do not offer them free sample. Ask them for the sample cost first.

Always give a sample price and postage for the sample to cover your back. If you keep sending free samples you will run out of stock and it is a very tight market.So people will do more enquiries than buy so wait for that big genuine order. Good Luck!!

Replying to [cnoutstanding]:the same to the others ,i am also the newer here in the internetional business line .i have once sent three samples to the foreigners .two of them are the indians .and we have sent them for free samples .but from now on we havenot got any information from them .so now i get something from this matter.before we send the samples to them.,we should make sure that they are in the line of our rhinestones .and have a more detail talk with them .keep in touch with them no matter when he is on the internet.althrough maybe it is not good ,but you just to face it .because we should make effort to the foreign trade .

Replying to [cnoutstanding]: Samples should not be free, it should be cheap, but it should not be free. If the buyer reluctant to buy samples, and you now confused and you feel that you have to send free samples, the buyer should present you with their version of contract draft prior sending free samples, so you can see whether they are really buyers or just sample hunters.

agree the comment. there are many kinds of situations in the trade. you can confirm that they are the serious clients if they would accept to pay the samples charge or even the sample freight. you can only trade with the kind of client. if a client reject to pay the sample or freight charge, just reject them, because they may be the samples hunter.
