20 days ago, I had sent more than 30 styls of our products to the client who we had not make business before.Several days before, I sent the email to him and he reply that they had check the price and quality. Until now, they do not send any news to me. I feel puzzled. What should I do? Are they samples hunter? As a saler in Internet, I always can not distinguish true or not. Pls, give me some suggestion. Thanks.[em9]

Replying to [cnoutstanding]: I am not luckier than you.
One of my customer sent a letter to ask for sample, but you know it's more than 100 pcs. Although he said he pay for courier fee but I am still worried for the number is too many. However I will have a try
Good luck to myself

Replying to [cnoutstanding]:
First , check with the details of your buyer/importer, to know whether he is real buyer , or trustpoint of his company.

Second, if the sample cost much , have to pay for the sample cost and freight cost, if the samples do not cost much , the samples can be free, but the freight cost need pay by buyer, or use their DHL,TNT account.

Third, after sending samples, contact with buyer in time.

Replying to [cnoutstanding]:try to contact the buyer over phone. find out the reason for his behaviour, I presume that you have sent samples after checking the genuinity of buyer and after taking necessary precautions.

Replying to [David Frencken]: You suggest me that I should ask the freight for the sample, but I think that they are wholesale in Korea and I guess maybe he is potential customer, and they accept and willing to pay the mailing charges. So I send the samples without any delay, but now I feel upset.
