Alibaba bashing by Moderator in Due Diligence Forum

Dear Admin,
There is an allegation copied and pasted by Moderator in the Due Diligence forum charging Alibaba as conniving with counterfeit product manufacturer and Gold Supplier member.

Tony published a letter supposedly written by Tom Zhang and I quote this paragraph below:
By the way, if you think that the founders of Alibaba care about the scams going on using their website, please think that they already cashed out from the Initial Public Offering in Hong Kong. They are already filthy rich and enjoying their newly found wealth. In a short while, Alibaba (and the virtual thieves) will go down, and many investors in Hong Kong and Taiwan will lose will pants.
This is a direct defamation charge against Alibaba in public, which will have negative impact on the Investors and stake-holders of Alibaba.
I see this as an abuse of the privilege given to moderator in the forum. Aussie should be removed from the moderator board.

This is the "Report Suspicious Companies" forum, you ad a off topic post here. If you don't like post from certain people just don't read them.
I don't think Alibaba will "go down". There are plenty of other B2B sites that also just do soso.
But Alibaba has a chance and has the resources to build a trustful business community, but choses not to do so. Rported scammers are usually not removed. And even if Alibaba agrees with your findings they are usually very slow to take action.
They have a chance to make it a very good site and do not want to go that direction.
A moderator should have a critical mind and be outspoken. I don't like the Chinese "everything is fine" attitude much.

Replying to [Dick Moby]: Its interesting that you slam the moderator AUZZIE. Please show me where there is a moderator by that name in the "Due Diligence" forum. The only moderator I know for "Due Diligence" with a similar name is AUSSIE not AUZZIE. There is an Alibaba member with the name AUZZIE but he is not a moderator that I'am aware of. Unless you can Show me where AUSSIE made the statement and not your AUZZIE, you are the one that may need to apologize. Remember, you were sure that the name was AUZZIE.

Of course it is wrong that Alibaba did not take care since they are listed on the HK Stock and sold a part of Alibaba to the public, nothing changed, it is as same as before !
Since long time, Jack Ma and Co belong to the richest Chinese People !
It also may be wrong that they go down in short future but on long sight, they made it right to make cash, now they can say, "After us the Great Flood", no matter what may come !
But 100% sure is the reality, that Alibaba violates against their own rules and regulations !
Register a new Company, Product Listing or Selling Lead, it will be published after 12-24 hours, because Alibaba's Security Team say's, we check all new listings and entries !
How is it then possible, that Chinese Suppliers offer clearly, "Refurbished Items !, this violates against :
27.1 Under PRC law, the sale and purchase of refurbished mobile phones, laptops and computers is prohibited on Alibaba.
How is it possible that, if you make a search for Nokia's N95, only in China Mainland Gold Suppliers, get following result :
Home > Buy > Search: nokia N95 > In category: Mobile Phones 18,580 Selling Leads
and all Suppliers included "Free Members" only 4( four ) more !

this violates against Alibaba's rules and regulations :
28.1 Listing of counterfeits, non-licensed replicas, or unauthorized items, such as counterfeit designer garment, watches, handbags, sungl , or other accessories, is strictly prohibited on the Alibaba.
28.2 If the products sold bear the name or logo of a company, but did not originate from or were not endorsed by that company, such products are prohibited from the Alibaba website.
Alibaba has implemented all this discussion Boards to their website,well knowing that also critizism against them will appear, but see this as the cheapest advertisement that they could make !
Spreaded over the whole internet, in all search engines, you find ALIBABA and thousands of Newbies register daily and make the site attractive !
On the other side, Alibaba is a B2B website, that means Business to Business between educated and expirienced Business People and not Ebay Homeseller or Bargain Hunters looking for samples or a personal mobile phone or Playstation !
So they can deny to be obligated to give special Informations about what is possible and what is impossible !
And you can be assured, if it comes so far that new members get informed about the risks when buy from China the questioned merchandise, before they can contribute in the Trade and possibly have to confirm the understanding of this in a small Test, ALIBABA goes down in a Year !

As a hint, it is easy to find out who is a Moderator !
You will see a small red "M" sign beside the Avatar, if a Mod post a topic or answer a reply in the Board, for that he is announced as Mod !
Some Mods/Members, use a second or third membership registration to post or reply to something they not like, or would not be recognized ? ! ?

Just like I'am Ranger there is yet another that is ranger we are not the same as the "R" is not a capital letter yet they tried to pass themself off as me. You want to call my response irrelevant yet you make a post in safe trading about a moderator. Whats the relevance to the "Safe Trading Forum"? If you wanted an answer or wanted to get your point out why not post to "Talk with Alibaba"?
