I am new to the China imports thing .we run a very small company , and only do LCL shipments. As you know getting any supplier in China to do buss. with you if you do not order container loads - is difficult. As the orders arrive - I want to tear my hair out ! I have now decided that the Chinese manufacturer ask lower prices , but make it up in -1. empty inner boxes at the bottom of the outer box! - 2.sending a much poorer quality than the samples - because they know they will get away with it ? I feel sometimes that they must have employed the blind and the lame to finish my order. as I read the forum topics - i realise there are problems on both sides. Is there a list of companies in china that you should not deal with ? If so - where do I get it ? thanks

Sorry to have heard that you meet such things.
But do believe,not all the Chinese do business in this way,just very small part of them.

Always,business men want to have a long term cooperation.so you can make a trial order to adjudge if it worth doing business with.


But if you want to do LCL shipment,you can asked for wooden pallet shipment,it can protect the breakage during shipment.Also, you should inform the exporter in advance.and take the extra cost.

Replying to [mother bear]:sorry to hear that. Yeah, there's some such poor companies in China. It is better to learn more of those companies before drop the order down. You can take a visit by yourself or look for someone in China to have a check of those company in advance. I 'm quite agree with upstairs, you can connect with some trusty trade companies in China.
