Yes. It is very neccessary to maintain a good relationship with your customers. The best is to understand your customer about the religion, character,preference, hobby, sense of value and education
blackground and so on. When you know well of your customer, you can what to do and what to talk correctly. This enhance the confidence of your clients and meanwhile tie up a more close relationship together.
While you enter a better relaionship with your customer, you have to discuss with the buyer like a friend and think from his shoes, what really benefit to your client and which products are not good, just tell
the truth. Find out together with your client, why goods cannot sell
what reasons, prices? quality? wrong marketing plan ? logistic problems something that help you and your customer to understand
better about the market, the product and the related services as well.
Sure, most of the buyers will be highly appreciated with your concerned advices if you do it by heart.
