Get used to it, happens to all of us all the time.
What you need to do, is when you give someone a quote, TELL THEM that you may not be the cheapest, but that your company is very proud of the quality of the products you make, and then tell them WHY your products are better than others.
This impresses real, genuine buyers, if you are honest with them and tell them why yopur products are better than anyone else's.
