Replying to [Rebecca]:First of all, Rebecca, don't call your customer if you have nothing to say.
My advice is, as you will have many business contacts, create a customer file for each one. In each file, write all informations you have about your contact (name, adress, phone,...) then write a list of products you deal with him or her and the date (you will know what category of products he is most interested by) and to finish each time you call him, write the date, hour, and a quick summary of the call in you customer file. I know it is not a simple task but you will see that the return on investissment is huge. And by doing this, you will know when to call your contact and what to say to him.

Actually I want to say that I can chat with my customer about the products and the shipping, payment. etc.

But It is hard for me to find a good topic to chat after work.
for example, some time I want call my customer for casual chatting to build our friendship, At that moment, I feel I can hardly to find proper words.
