a question of email

I have a question .Suppose you are a buyer.You are interested in one product.and you contact the company by alibaba.I'd like to know whether the message will be sent to my email inbox or only to the alibaba messge centre.Another question is that ,when I get some inquiry from alibaba,I should reply them by alibaba or email.Which is better?If I write to them by alibaba,can they get my email both in their email inbox and alibaba message centre? Had you face such questions in your work?Let's deal with it together.

Replying to [Tangshenghua]:I think it has 2 ways.
1- you reply to your customer via alibaba and clike on the reply key and send your email , if you do like this your customer will receive massage from Alibaba .
2- you find your customer email from contact information ( viw information) and send email directly.
I think No.2 is better than No.1
