Replying to [ajayforum]:You can recall your discussions, after analysing you might be able to know the reason.

The main reason for the same could be that he might have found the better deal. but if this is the case he/she should let you know the reason.

Whatever may be the reason, please try to learn from the situation, Don't give up. and explore other possibilities. Also sent an email to your this customer politely ask reason for the behaviour. Send weekly fortnightly reminders until he let you know the reason.

All the Best

Replying to [ajayforum]:[em1][em1]many customers inquiry the price.and maybe the customer is in a trading company,so he will give you order when his customer give him the order,so many customer have no replay when you quote to him.it's natrual.

you need to do is giving your lowest price and keeping touch with the customers.for example,in festivel days,or every month send your customer a mail or card ,but donot reference the business.after he remenber your name or your complany,he of course will contact you when he need.

it's my opinion, you can try it.
good luck for you.
