Need Liaison Between United States and China

I am looking into starting my own underwear business and would like to venture into hiring a manufacturer in China. I will be starting out in a pretty small scale (purchases thru website). It has been difficult finding a manufacturer who would understand my specifications due to language barriers, time difference, etc. Is there a trading company that any of you could suggest who would be responsible for looking into manufacturers, obtaining samples, dealing with customs, quality control, etc? Any help would be great!
