We have a little company in IRAN and want to find costumers through alibaba.
We work on marketing and advertising in IRAN's area.
do u think it will work or not? can u give us any advice?

Other than possibly the UN sanctions, I can see no good reason why it won't work. You can be a free member like anybody else, and then post your sales leads in the appropriate category. Try it! That's the best way to tell if or how good it works. In any case, you won't lose anything trying.
