We attend to ship goods to the US, because the quantity will be less then 1 Container could you please advice us regarding the best way to send such quantity of goods as partial shipment, also please advice us regarding ship the goods first to Canada and then to the US whether will be better by doing that or not!.

The shipping "type" you are asking about is LCL (Less than Container Load). Any Shipping service can help you arrange this.

Regarding shipping first to canada and then into the US.... I assume this is something to do with a lower duty cost. It is a bad idea. Firstly, depending on the product the NAFTA agreement might not cover it. Secondly, any gains you make in paying less duty will be more than offset by the second shipping charges sending it from Canada to the US.
