We have a shipment to Miami and the buyer has requested for Special Custom Invoce. Can anyone please provide us the sample of such type of invoice?

Special in what way? What is the product being shipped?

Replying to [Smir]:We are going to ship Toothpaste & Tal Powder. We know that for certain countries SPECIAL CUSTOM INVOICE is required. As per our understanding the invoice attested by custom officials is custom invoice but we do not know whether such invoice will suffice buyers requirement.
Buyer is on family vacation with his family and we are not able to contact him to get the sample of such invoice.

Ah. Toothpaste is one you need a clearance for. I think for memory this needs a certificate from the FDA..... There are very specific labelling laws in the US for toothpaste... I would contact the US Embassy in India and speak with the trade section about this. They should be able to get you all the documentation requirments you need.
