What happens, detained or seized ?
Detained means, they are not able to send the items, so they must refund you !
If they should reject that, a message to Alibaba is necessary, to ask for assistance !

If the items are seized, it means that they have overtaken the items, but the Export Custom(in China) or the Custom in your Homecountry did not allow Export or Import, why ?
But in this case they must have a Tracking Number issued by EMS, that is trackable on China EMS website : http://www.ems.com.cn/qcgzOutQueryAction.do?reqCode=gotoSearchE
and you can see what really is happened and where !
If you like to phone you have to dial 0086 and then 11185 and using the tracking number, you can ask for more details !
But I did not believe that they have send the items, more I think that they could not get that what you order, because they are mostly all trading companies, buying from a manufacturer, if chinese models or a refurbisher, if Brand models !
