A money was sent from the account of Indessa Sp. z o.o., wich situated in Poland. Detailes of payment was: NOKIA 8800 SIROCCO

In our bank it was said us, that a money would act on account of Ali Farid during two days.
But he writes us in letters that he did not yet get a money. For us to you question, whether it is possible to get information.

Is there possibility of returning of our money from his account on our?
Is there what procedure and what our actions in a case, if a commodity will not be sent us which we paid for?

Yesterday I received next letter from Carol Backer:

You didn't get the products because UPS returned us the packet because it was put on hold and we forgot to noticed them to start the shipping. I see that you don't trust our company and we decided that in 30 days to return your money and stop our collaboration. This is the last mail. Hello

Did you everget your money back? The reason i ask is because the same happened to me. It was a different company name but the same bank details you sent your money back to. As soon as i paid the website of the company was removed and there was no way to contact them. Please reply as i gave them 1000GBP and would obviously like it back.

We understand it is uncomfortable paying upfront but you have to

understand our worries as well as we can`t go shipping out to someone that

we know nothing about . You can pay us after the receipt of the goods but

we need some assurance that you indeed have the money and are prepared to

order from us . We don`t need access to it , only to see your intentions

are for real . You can send the money by western union and change the name

of the receiver to one of your friends name . You show me the receipt ,

the total amount and I call western union and verify if this is indeed

correct . If everything checks out we can proceed with the delivery and

you can have your products first hand . Note that we cannot pickup the

money as long as it is under someone else`s name . After you receive the

products and everything is ok ( you are happy with everything ) you can

change the name of the receiver under our payment manager`s name so we can

all proceed and think about future orders . If by any chance you are not

satisfied with the products and the service you can return the products

and we each go our separate ways . Let me know what you think about this

and if you agree . I will be expecting your reply .
