you have posted a very important question related to email marketing . no matter where u get the contact's info from ,pl note that no buyer in business buys things for his house use , he also has to sell it to his buyers may be he processes it first then sells it or may be he sells it directly but any order u may get is not entirely depending on him its depending on market situations as well,, a buyer may be interested in many products but he may be successfull in getting orders for few of them for which he will in turn give u orders.
So my suggestion is keep it cool
some one doesnt reply to ur email means he is currently not interested in ur product but then again since he is in the sam ebusiness field as your item he might want to do business with u in future ,, so after few introductory emails if still no reply just make a point to email him once in 2 months or wish him on his and your festivals like new year christmas , etc etc ,, and keep him updated about new things events in ur company ,, and whenevr he has some chance of business of ur item he will get back to you for sure .patience is the key to success
