shall we send email again and again when the buyer no reply
Post 1 of 34
I have met those kind of problems.
When in the fair,I have talked well with the purchaser of the company, sometimes even big company, and he seems very interested in our products. but when we back, I sent him email, but always no reply.
So when we met this kind problems, shall we continue to email them or will they feel antipathy to our company?

Maybe the client is on holidays, or away on a business trip.

If you don't have a reply after about 2 weeks of sending the email, then I would send another one. If still no reply after that, give up and move on to the next customer

Yes, I also have the same headache as you. In the Cantone Fair, we do have a few customer who have strong buying intention, but after coming back no matter how many times you e-mail them, there is no reply. Some experienced friends from the MSN gruop told me the way out is to send them again and again. Of course ,you should make a plan, and the interval time should not be too short, or you are sure to bring antipathy to you and you company. As for the content you should have a little change of it each time. Patience and not giving up will always impress one or more customers. If they happened to have such kind of needs, they will reply. By then, my dear friend, your patience will reward you! Hold fast to this chance and pay attention to the technique in communication. Good luck![em1]

Every customer will show interest when they visit your booth. Maybe your customer went to another booth and showed the same interest and got better offers. There are probably so many suppliers in the fair for the same products, so there are so many choices.

It is all matter of luck sometimes also, sometimes you get lucky , sometimes you dont.

I think after countless attempt he still does not reply, you should send him a fax copy of the email to get his staff's attention to put the fax on his table. If this method still doesnt work, you will need to call him up on his phone. Hope this would help.
