while doing on-line business successfully & receiving feedback / suggestion from customer.Some of them are REALLY FEEDBACK of my services but some of the looking junk (means not related to business..)
Far too often, we think we know what our customers think and want because -- well, we just know, that's all. Wrong!.Businesses can't be successful if they don't continue to meet the needs of their customers.
Could anyone just make it clear to me what are the steps to improve feedback / suggestion to avoid unwanted (useless not related to business) feedback.
