Alibaba.com IPO

It is sad and I am crying deep within. We in the developing countries in Africa are left out from the benefits of alibaba.com IPO listing.
China is already taking a stake in Africa so we in Africa want to mutually benefit from the new alibaba.com IPO.
How, maybe by increasing fees and use this for the IPO.
I am with alibaba since 2003
