Is there someone who knows German language?

Actually, I know the time difference well.

I called them the day before yesterday,That's Wednesday, and also Thursday, all this recording.

I called again this afternoon. there was call waiting tone which made me really happy, I can find someone this time! But suddenly, it turned into busy-back tone.
Of course I called again at once. This time, no call waiting tone at all, just sound recording again just like before. I tried again, again and again, the same --- the sound recording.[em11]

Okay, I wish I was worried too much.[em3] If so, that's the best result. [em2]

Frankly, because the goods have been in the port for more than one week, I'm worried about that.
