Ems Shipping Question

I had a question . Recently I ordered a Hoodie lot from Superatrade aand they shipped using EMS. The company already had me a little weirded out by their tatics, but now my package according to EMS website China has Departed from ShangHi Sorting Center for almost 3 1/2 days now. I was just wondering if this is normal of if someone thinks my package may have got picked up by customs. I really need these hoodies so I figured I would ask here since company keeps giving me the same response, "Don't worry my friend, They will get to you", Or the response, "We will check tommorow, I don't gots any time to check today". It is impossible to take so long even poor EMS service. Pls let the seller show you the original waybill and try to contact EMS to check.

Replying to [Fall_of_Icarus_Apperal]:For EMS,the scan info slower than action some time, maybe the package arrives US costom,but the website shows still in Shanghai. Get the EMS AWB# and track with your local EMS service center,you will get the updated news about parcel.

if the supplier give u the correct # you can tracking on the website.
no need to worry about this parcel.
the speed are a little slow than others.
and because they are belonging to government service.
they are taking the time on changing the tracking route .
maybe you can checking on the website 1-2days later.
I think that usually it will taking 3-4 working days to arrive at your side .

Don't worry about it. EMS is bad at speed. Since I have sent a sample to Russia and how long can you guess the EMS take to there? It takes over a week! From then on every time the client ask for EMS delivery I will suggest them to try DHL or others.

EMS china is extremely slow in updating their system . I wouldn't be too concerned about it. Give it 5-6 working business days from China to your destination including custom clearance.
